Monday, November 16 — Scheduling
Lunch on your own before you arrive; snacks provided during the day.
2:30–3:00 PM — Conference Kickoff
LAM 214. Announcements and an icebreaker to open the conference.
3:00–5:00 PM — AGM Session: Scheduling Systems
LAM 214. Led by Cindy — a working session on scheduling systems. See Prepare & Training for what to bring.
5:00–6:00 PM — Free time
Optional campus tour — meet at the Welcome Center.
6:00–8:00 PM — Dinner & Connection
Dinner with the AGMs and ADIs at Righteous Slice.
Evening — Optional
Temple sealings, or games, snacks, and hanging out at the hotel.
Tuesday, November 17 — International Grader Coordination
Breakfast at the hotel; snacks during the day. Wear your conference T-shirt and jeans.
9:00–11:15 AM — AGM Session: International Grader Coordination

11:15 AM–12:30 PM — Devotional
Join the campus devotional.
12:30–2:00 PM — Lunch & Connection
Program Directors and Curriculum Designers take the AGMs out to lunch (location TBD by the Program Directors).
2:30–4:30 PM — Team-Building Activity
A group activity to build connection across the team (details to be announced).
4:30–6:00 PM — Free time
Optional professional headshots by appointment.
6:00–7:30 PM — Dinner & Connection
With Kendall Peck (Online VP) and Jake Romney (Dean of Online Programs) at Hickory.
Evening — Optional
Games, snacks, and hanging out at the hotel.
Wednesday, November 18 — Evaluation
Breakfast at the hotel; snacks during the day.
9:00–10:00 AM — Online Programs Council (OPC)
