Prepare & Training
This page has two parts: what to do before you come, and the training we'll do together. The training sessions on the Schedule link here.
Before you come
A short preparation assignment will be posted here. The goal is simple: come ready to contribute, so we can make the most of our three days together rather than starting from a cold start.
When it's ready, you'll find here:
- What to complete before you arrive.
- Roughly how long it will take.
- Anything to bring with you.
What we'll cover
Our sessions focus on building the AGM role together and solving the real problems you face leading grading teams. Planned topics include:
- Supporting international graders — leading and communicating across a global grading team.
- Evaluation — how we assess grading quality and use evaluation data well.
- Scheduling — managing grading coverage, deadlines, and workload.
- The burnout problem — recognizing it and building sustainable practices for graders, CGLs, and yourself.
