Prepare & Training
Two things live on this page: what to do before you come, and the training we'll do together once we're there. The training sessions on the Schedule link back here.
Before you come
There will be a short assignment to do ahead of time. The idea is simple: a little prep now means we can dive straight into the good stuff together instead of spending our first session getting up to speed.
When it's ready, this section will spell out:
- What to complete before you arrive.
- About how long it will take.
- Anything to bring with you.
What we'll cover
Our sessions are built around the real work of leading a grading team — less lecture, more solving the problems you actually run into. Planned topics include:
- Supporting international graders — leading and communicating well across a global team.
- Evaluation — how we measure grading quality and put evaluation data to good use.
- Scheduling — keeping grading covered and on time without overloading anyone.
- Burnout — spotting it early and building habits that keep graders, CGLs, and you going strong.
